At WLmouse, we strive for peak performance and customer satisfaction; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, extra skates, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the device for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
